Our Standard Package offers peace of mind to cottagers who want to know that their cottage is regularly checked on in their absence and confidence that any insurance claims that may arise throughout the year will be taken seriously by their insurance provider. The package includes:
- weekly 10-point security checks throughout the year
- signed & dated security reports
- readily available contact liaison in case of a security problem
- knowledge of a variety of trades & local tradespeople to quickly identify & deal with any required repairs
In addition to checking for obvious problems such as break-ins and fire or water damage, our 10-point security checks include thermostat and fuel tank levels and provide photos to be used as evidence in any insurance claims that may occur.
With the Standard Package, you’ll rest easy knowing your home away from home is looked after when you’re not there, and many insurance companies even offer discounted rates to policyholders that have regular security checks performed.
